Hypothetically, lets say a person was planning to commit suicide or knew he/she would be dying very soon. If they decided to live the high life, buying everything they wanted, getting expensive spa treatments, traveling places and spending tons of money with credit cards and/or loans, what would happen to his or her debt? I understand that in most cases it would be taken from the estate, but what if that did not cover it? Would it be passed on to family members even if they were completely uninvolved?
