He was served a summons from Capital One’s Attorney. He wrote a letter for validation of the debt and sent it Certified Mail which they had received on 12/23. Does he just wait to see what their response is? If he should do anything, does filing for motion for disclosure or a Sworn Denial come into play anywhere in this situation? When should he file for this? He’s confused on what his next step should be.

What would be better to pay off to lower our debt to help us move. Would it be better to pay off all our credit card / loan debt or one of our vehicles?
all our credit card/loan debt equals to around $10,000 and our vehicle is about $25,000

I know it is when we buy more imports than exports in value. But that is still unclear.Specifically,why does it matter if we buy much more than we sell? I realize the national debt has to do with trade but it also relates to how much this country borrows money to finance our own budget.

A friend of mine has been seeing a fellow for awhile now. She lives in the US and he in the Netherlands. He has told her that he is in debt and so the government there has laws that will prevent him from leaving the county to visit. I doubt the validity of this claim and seek a definitive answer.
